We have over 12 years of experience framing sports memorabilia and other collectibles.  

What makes you different from your competitors? 

We don’t simply produce the same 2 designs over and over and put your collectibles in a plastic or metal box. Our shadowboxes are made from REAL WOOD (Pine or Poplar), not plastic composite. Every design is custom, based on the piece being framed and specifications from our customers. Each shadowbox is also custom-made depending on the art being framed. They range from 1.75” deep to 6-7" deep.  


Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

If you purchase an already frame piece of art/memorabilia from and it arrives to you damaged, we will certainly accept a return, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If an item of yours is returned to you damaged, we will work to resolve the issue to your 100% satisfaction, but we will not refund the price of the framing job.  

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? 

We would be happy to stop and refund any order of an already completed item purchased from us BEFORE IT SHIPS. We cannot accept other returns sure to fear of tampering with the autographed item. We would also be happy to refund any purchase of a framing job BEFORE we begin working on it.

Yes: International buyers are responsible for 100% of shipping and customs costs.  

How long does it take you to process an order? 

Already framed items purchased from will ship in 1-2 business days from the time of payment. Custom framing orders will ship approx. 4-6 weeks from the time of payment.

How do you price your postage? 

Shipping is free for custom framing purchases. All other shipping rates are determined by the carrier (FedEx, UPS). Customers will always be provided with tracking information as soon as their item has shipped.

We process our payments through Stripe, which accepts credit and debit cards in several currencies all over the world.  

We can also send an invoice directly from our web site and you can complete your payment in any way you wish. PayPal is also an option. We’re very flexible!

What do you sell? 

Stadium Art Gallery LLC sells sports, entertainment, and historical memorabilia already framed. We also offer shadowbox framing services for anything you may need to preserve and display! 

Are tour items authenticated? 

Absolutely! We only sell items authenticated by the best in the business: JSA, PSA/DNA, Beckett, Upper Deck, Fanatics, and Steiner.  

Who makes your frames? 

Our shadowboxes are all made in-house. In order to meet the unique needs of our customers, we must be flexible and have the ability to custom-make any size frame necessary.  

What sizes are your frames? 

Our most common sized framed are: 33x41x1.75” for jerseys and 12.5x25.5x4-6” for 8x10 photos. The depth of the shadowboxes varies based what is being framed.  

What are your frames made of? 

Our frames are made from real wood: usually Pine or Poplar. We DO NOT USE plastic, metal, or composite frames. Since the frames are made from real wood, you will see grain and minor imperfections at times. Those are taken care of as best as we can, but we do not want to ruin the integrity of the wood or take away from what makes it unique.  

Can I choose the color of my frame? 

Yes. The majority of the time, our frames are painted black because black is a neutral color that tends to go with any color scheme we use in your piece. You can certainly request an alternate color.  

What kind of matboard do you use? 

All of our framed pieces have, at the very least, a suede outer matboard. If the piece has a background that is visible, we will also use a suede background mat. If the background is not visible, we will use an acid-free paper mat. Our paper matboards are acid-free, as are the suede.  


Framing Services: 

How long does it take to complete a framing job? 

It usually takes 4-6 weeks to complete a single framing job. This includes time to design, determine color scheme, make the frame, mount and secure your items, and return the piece to you. Keep in mind, literally every inch is custom designed.  

What can you frame? 

With the right knowledge, most anything can be framed: from jerseys to photos to guitars, and everything in between. If, for some reason, we feel your item cannot be safely frame, we will be honest and let you know. It is not worth irreparably damaging your item to attempt a frame due to size, weight, or shipping concerns.  

How do you determine a design? 

The most honest answer is: it depends. Sometimes our customers want to be involved in the design process or have an idea in mind. Others simply send us a box of items and we take care of the rest! We’re good either way! Each item to be framed has its own measurements and personality, which goes into the design process. WE WILL ALWAYS CLEAR ANY DESIGN WITH YOU BEFORE PROCEEDING!  

Do you provide photos, patches, logos, etc? 

We can provide photos, cards, logos, etc. Or you can send us your own. 

How do you determine framing cost? 

All of our framing job are by quote only. Cost is determined by the time needed to design and complete the framing process, as well as the cost of supplies. For example, a design in which a custom shadowbox (outside of what is common size and depth) is needed, other items such as patches and nameplates need to be purchased, will cost more than a framing job that is a more common size that is not in need of any further items to complete the job.  

What price range is common for a framing job? 

A common range for jersey framing is $400-$700. Yes, that is a large range, but it is very difficult to pinpoint an average cost with so many unique circumstances. Photo framing is between $250-$350 for a simpler framing. Larger collages and items that require more time to frame secure, will naturally be more expensive. Keep in mind, the above numbers are just ranges. Every quote is unique. 

What is the process of purchasing a framing job? 

First, contact using the form available on this web site, or just send us an email at stadiumartgalleryllc@gmail.com. Describe your project in detail: what you would like framed, ideas you may have, all items to be included, colors scheme, frame size/depth if needed, etc. Give us as much detail as you can. That will allow us to give you an accurate quote. 

After you receive your quote and agree and a price, we will send an invoice to complete the sale.

We will confirm that we have received your items once they arrive.  

Once we confirm the receipt of your items, we will get to work on your design and collaborate via email and text mostly. This seems to be the most convenient avenues of communication.  

We will share ideas and come to an agreement on the design. The next step is cutting the matboard on our computerized mat cutter. Once this is done, we will share pictures of the design cut out. The next step is mounting any photos, jersey, or other items. Pictures will be shared every step of the way! This process will continue until completion. 

The last step is sending your framed item back to you! 


Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
